Hypnobirthing download

I have been googling everywhere for a decent download hypnobirthing audio course/ tracks. Can anyone recommend good quality app or audio that actually downloads to your phone with meditation/ hypnobirthing type exercises on it please? All I can find is CD or full books being read aloud. Thanks in advance...Smile

I'd highly recommend The Positive Birth Company's digital pack. Hours worth of informative video content, some MP3s of affirmations and relaxation tracks and downloadable scripts to practice with a birth partner. I used hypnobirthing with my first and it worked brilliantly but this pack offers so much more than the book and tracks I found last time.

Sorry to post again, if you just want audio tracks then I also like the Mindful Hypnobirthing ones. I think I found them on iTunes.
