Big bag and then you have one less thing to think about!!

Good luck!

lulumama · 10/06/2007 20:50

take it all!! you don;t know how quick it could be, and unlikely you will come home before baby is born
so take yours and baby's things with you..you might not want DH to have to leave to go and get stuff for you

Nemo2007 · 10/06/2007 20:51

lots to read...I always took my all in everything bag as with induction you could have the baby in a couple of hours or a couple of days. I always took about 12hrs to get going into labour but then babies born within 90mins all 3 times.

you will most likely start on antenatal ward, so could leave big bag in the car, and just have little bag with you..and when you are read y to go to delivery suite, then DH can go and get the big bag from the car

compo · 10/06/2007 20:56

yes, leave after the birth stuff in car and take in snacks for you and dh/dp, towels, somethign to labour in (old Tshirt), bottles of water, spray bottles too for your face as it's likely to be very hot in there. And magazines - the trashier the better

trace2 · 10/06/2007 20:57
