Just wondering if anyone can recommend any decent websites or YouTube channels that I might be able to learn some basic hypnobirthing breathing techniques from please?

TIA x

If available on YouTube I'd go for Maggie Howell natal hypnotherapy, I bought the cd from Amazon for ten pounds, it really helped when I was in labour

Was just coming on to say Maggie Howell. Don't know how it works - the CD relaxed me so much I slept through most of it but it definitely helped!

Positive Birth Company - there is a digital pack for £35. It's amazing.

I literally put in ‘hypnobirthhing videos’ on YouTube and found one of 2 midwives showing a couple of breathing exercises. These got me to transition before I needed gas and air for the last bit - they were fab and only a short video!
