Help I'm in labour

It's excruciating. 50 second contractions and all less than 2 minutes apart. I have had two examinations today both of which they said baby is right right down but cervix is a far back as can be and I'm not dilated. I'm scared I'm not going to dilate. Please help me, I'm so scared and I'm so much pain. They sent me home

When were you sent home? I'd also call maternity
