Should I be concerned?

I'm 26 weeks pregnant. Complex, high risk pregnancy but for my medical reasons, not babies. This is my third child, my elder two are aged 10 and 9.

Woke up this morning with period type pain, not coming in waves, just pretty constant. I've had lots of Braxton Hicks over the last couple of days. Baby moving okay. Went for a nap as I'm shattered and woke up and feel a pressure in my bits, almost like he is wedged right down, but thinking it's too early for him to be engaged and pretty sure he was transverse because of movements. Do you think I should go and get checked out? I've not leaked fluid..

I'm of the understanding that any concern means a trip to the unit or at least a call to your midwife.

I'm sure it's fine but the best thing to do is always get checked out. No one on the internet can really tell if all is ok

Thanks I'm going to give my MW unit a call and see what they say. I'm so early it's more than likely nothing!
