Over done it

I had a c section 4 weeks and 3 days ago.
Been healing really well, no pain etc.
This morning I was up with DS and went to take the bin out. Was a bit heavier than I expected but at it's on wheels figured I could do it. Would only be quick. But it toppled over and fell to the ground yanking me over in the process.
I struggled to lift it back up but I did it.
Since then my incision is stinging and painful.
It's not likely that I have opened the internal stitches or anything right?!
Just taken painkillers and om resting/taking it easy.
I have anxiety and OCD so I'm worrying now :(

It’s probably nothing except overdoing it, but when I left the hospital after my section they gave me their number and said to call if anything unusual happened, I’d give them a bell, or call the nhs number. I hope you’re ok and are resting up 💐
