What could this be?

Had LO 13 weeks ago, was lucky to have an easy labour. Bled for 3 weeks, resumed sex shortly after and then despite exclusively breastfeeding my period returned 6 weeks PP. I haven't had another period since. All today I've had cramping, kind of like a period but more to one side. Does anyone know what this could be? Or have any experience of anything similar?

Could you be pregnant again?

I’m also EBF. Bled after birth, it stopped for a bit then I had what I thought was my period returning. Never had another one and that was six months ago so it obviously wasn’t my period.
