I have birth on the 9th August and I had a forceps delivery which I needed an episiotomy and stitches it was only sore for about a week and then it felt OK not too bad I now can sit down fully and am capable of walking and it's not sore and don't need to take my painkillers anymore however i just wanted to know how long does it take to heal after one of these deliveries? Sex and shaving scares me to death so would love to know others stories! When did you start having sex? When could you shave? Xx
