My girlfriend and I just moved to France and due date for our baby is end of October. We really wanted to have two birth partners present - myself and my girlfriend’s sister, but someone told us only 1 person is allowed. What’s your experience with giving birth in France and even other places regarding the number of birth partners? Would you think hospital could be quite flexible on that or is that a strict rule? Any info would be helpful. Thanks
