Just out of curiosity, did anyone do hypnobirthing? Did it work for you and which method did you do? Also did anyone have hypnotherapy for fertility?

No advice but I’m 16 weeks pregnant and will be hypnobirthing! My first without HB was a disaster from start to finish so determined to be more in control with this one.

I did a small acorn course which used the suzie ashworth - calm birth method. It was okay, but I also read Katherine greaves - the hypnobirthing book and found her method much better for me, so would recommend you find a teacher who uses her method if possible. Or read a few books and decide for yourself.

I also read a great book - the positive birth book by Milli hill. Definitely recommend. They all go over the same information but it's good to read it in different "voices" another book I would recommend is Expecting better by Emily oster, it's very informative and impartial and will help you make good choices when it comes to how you want your birth to proceed and knowing options with interventions.

I’ve not given birth yet, but I did the digital pack online course with the Positive Birth Company, which I’ve found really reassuring in the build up to birth. A lot of it seems surprisingly practical.

Did it twice. I did acupuncture for fertility. The hypnobirthing is amazing I did a mindful mama course and then husband and I practised it every night. It gives you a lovely bonding time with you partner and a beautiful birth! It also gives Dad a clear purpose during the birth which my partner liked! Good luck xx
