C section rates

Anyone know I can get c section statistics/ % rates for Midlands hospitals?

After induction followed by emcs 2 years ago I would like to choose a hospital with a lower rate. I found the recovery horrendous, in hospital for 5 days then re admitted the next week due to a nasty infection for another 6 days.
