Hello,
I am having (hopefully) a VBAC in a few months and want to do it as 'naturally' as possible. I heard that hypnotherapy helped alot of women, and want to buy the books or CDs that are out there. Unfort. I can't find them on Amazon, can anyone suggest where I can get a good book/CD? I'm abroad so can't go to one of the courses which are available.
Thanks!

Hi, I have just enrolled on a course and been sent a book to read, which came with a CD and an additional CD. I dont have it on me but I will check what it is and let you know author and publisher. Also, I dont know if it is easy to copy CD's (I am very untechnical!) but if I can I could copy the other CD for you if you want it.

I will check it out tonight and get back to you.

Ohh, thanks for all the info, that'd be great, I was thinking of doing a course but they don't offer them here in English, so will have to make do with the books etc and hope they help.

Thanks!

I'm in Luxembourg... And with a DS who is only 18 months, I can't really go over to the UK for a course. I was hoping the books would point me in the right direction at least..
