Bleeding

So i posted on here earlier about my c section scar. Turns out i do have a start of a infection so have been giving antibiotics. On returning home i started to bleed more. I went to the toliet and there was a clot. Maybe just bigger than a 5p. Bigger than what i have had. I have the odd period like cramp and now I'm laid on the sofa trying not to move with a towel underneith me. I'm so worried. I have clearly over done it and i am only 1 week exactly post c section. When do i need to call someone about the bleeding? What do i really need to look out for?

Are you bleeding from the wound or is it that lochia has increased?

Ah ok. Have you been discharged by the community midwives or are you due another visit soon? If you're concerned I'd give them a quick bell.
It is probably ok as I can remember mine being pretty variable first time round and certainly the midwife told me to expect that.
