I have realy sore knees, the muscle just above the knee cap, its the one that slides over the knee cap when you straighten your leg. It started hurting in pregnancy, and cos I had a c section and couldn't use my stomach muscles, I became reliant hoisting myself from the sitting position using my leg muscles. The strain hasn't gone away. I was wondering if any of you had a similar experience. I do have some Physio booked for Thursday but my FIL has made me skeptical about whether this will do much.
