Vagina feels heavy/odd

I had a c section on thursday and my vagina feels heavy/odd. I never had this with my first DD but then i wasn't discharged after 24 hours! Is this normal?

Yes it is quite normal and it will go away (the heavy feeling, not the vagina :-) ).
