I'm a 24 year old single father of twins and I am expecting my third child next month. The mother of my children is currently in prison and all parental rights have been signed over to me. Both myself and my twins have Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia which is a hereditary condition affecting the valves in the heart. This caused many complications when my twins were born and I'm scared my third child may have the same issues.
any advice on how to deal with this should issues arise, especially in such a hostile environment? I was in surgery when my twins were born so I never had to witness the panic firsthand
