How long for my friend?

My friend has been in hospital since yesterday morning. She has had 2 doses of prostaglandin gel. A few niggles since but she has been quite comfortable. They have just broken her waters at 3cm. How long do you think it will be from now?

piece of string. if shes lying down being monitored could be ages. get her moving about, i did laps and laps of hospital. really helped, ds appeared 2 hrs after waters broken.
