I downloaded Sophie Fletcher mindful hypnobirthing from iTunes. I used to fall asleep listening to it!

Sophie Fletcher was the one I used as well - you can get the MP3 tracks for free but it was useful having the book too.

I've had this online course recommended - probably a bit dearer than a book though (£35) digitalpack.thepositivebirthcompany.co.uk/
