Labour second pregnancy

How long were you in labour with your second child? Is it better to chose the closest hospital with less good reviews or the one further away with better reviews?

I was in labour with my first for 12 hours and my second for 4 hours. I only had the choice of one maternity hospital but it's only a 20 min drive away.

37 hours first baby, 37 minutes second baby. Hospital 2nd time round was irrelevant-didn’t make it!

15 minutes (dc1 was 2 hours).
I had a planned homebirth but would have only had 1 choice of hospital about 25 mins away.

Watching with interest - due baby #2 this week and planning a home birth

First 17 hours.
Second, asleep to holding ds in 2 hours 55 mins!!
Had sex at 9pm , fell asleep, woke to burst waters at midnight!!
9-3 ds at 02.55!!

Second was 2hrs 30 minutes. (Give or take a minute or two) so I'd say closer is better.

Oh and that was from first contraction to baby in arms. Had no warm up twinges woke up in labour.
