Hi there, i have just found out our wee one is breech at 35 weeks. Still time for her to turn naturally, but am keen to help out where I can! She is also looking quite big (6lbs 7oz) - cannot do a lot about that! In the hope of a natural delivery; does anyone have some top tips / exercises to try and help her move round. Thanks!

Hands and knees, apparently this will encourage baby to turn around. However when my DD turned breech at 35 ish weeks I was delighted. I was offered a c section and had a quick, pain free and stress free birth experience ;)

Moxibustion from an acupuncturist and have a look at the spinning babies website.

Go and see someone (usually chiro) who does the Bowen technique! Both of my DTs were breech till 32 weeks and one until 35 weeks and the chiropractor I saw got them both to turn.
