Small paper cut tear from sex

Attempted sex twice. Did have third degree tear and episiotomy but all appears healed.

Both times slight discomfort higher up inside. But afterwards I note I get a tiny paper like cut at the bottom of my vaginal entrance. It’s realy small but obviously then is sore.

Has anyone else had this? Wondering if it was just from being a bit anxious an tight maybe. Although we used lots of lube.

I had a similar problem. Down below was a mess after 2 ventouse and forceps. The entrance of my vagina was too tight and I bled when I had intercourse.
I was referred to a women's health physiotherapist and she showed me how to massage the scar. It really changed and was a lot less tight. Unfortunately I still bled so eventually I had a Fenton procedure to rectify the scar. Everything fine now.

I'd encourage you to see a physio. They can do a lot. Surgery is a last resort so there's probably a good chance physio alone will sort it out.

Good to know you’re got sorted though. Mine doesn’t bleed but it does create a split which is then sore for a day before it heals over so minimal but obviously not ideal. I think the skin has healed a tad tight there.
