First born due date

Heyy.. so I was just looking around and my wifes 37 weeks now... and ive read a few threads where they said most first time babies come between 37 and 39 weeks. How many weeks were you when you had your first?

Almost 42, I’m still grumpy about it years later 😂

DS1 born one day early, DS2 born 10 days early.

I thought the statistic was that most first time babies came after their due date? However, none of it is an exact science unfortunately. Baby comes when they're ready super late if you're my son

Almost 42 weeks first DC. All my Dcs were overdue bar one who was 3 days early 😊

41+1, don't actually know anyone who had their first any earlier than a day or two before due date!

Where have you got your statistics from? I thought the statistics were that most first time mums gave birth after 40 weeks.

Mine was 42

40+6 and still pregnant here. Think your stats are wrong - you're more likely to be post 40 weeks with your first.
