Hi, I gave birth 4 days ago and needed cutting in labour, since then I've had the worst pain down below ifs been unimaginable! Every time I moved position I would scream and have been completely bed bound! I've been into hospital and they've taken swabs and it's been found that I have anaerobic infection. Have any other ladies had this infection before?? I would be interested to see how long it tuck to clear up once given antibiotics

It started to improve after the first couple of antibiotics( Metronidazole) for me. I had this type of infection with both of mine- difficult :back to backs, forceps & episiotomies & PPHs.
Things get better don’t worry, take it one day at a time. Congratulations btw Flowers
Lavender oil in the bath helps too.
