Birth options with prolapses!

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me? I'm 29 weeks into my second pregnancy and found out at 13 weeks that I have a grade 3 rectocele, grade 2 cystocele and grade 2 uterine descent and was fitted with a pessary. No one seems to be able to offer me specific advice on this and my childbirth options. The uro Gynae won't see me until 6 months after birth.
My midwife thinks I should have a c section, the consultant said there's no proof labour won't make it worse but when I've said I've been told not to lift anything heavy and avoid coughs as these make it worse, then surely labour would? They are looking to book in a planned c section at 39 weeks but I'm nervous as gave birth to my first at 35 so well aware these babies come when they like.
I'd really like to hear from anyone who has been through something similar and did you go for a natural labour or c section? And what were your thoughts after about method of delivery? How was your prolapse after?
My first was 6lbs 3oz and labour was actually ok, this baby is weighing reasonably big and expected to be 9.6lbs if goes full term. I'm really nervous about things being even slightly worse afterwards as it's horrendous at the moment and I don't want to be ruined. Any advice greatly appreciated. TIA x
