Second pregnancy episiotomy scar pain

Hi ladies
I'm currently pregnant with baby number 2, I'm about 8 weeks in, have my booking appointment on Monday. However I have had a lot of pain and pressure down below and i seem to be showing already!
I had an episiotomy with my son and the scar is really tender, red and inflamed already, I'm really worried that something bad is going to happen. Like the pressure will get too much or god forbid it just tears open.
Has anyone else had this before? The scaring and pain that comes with another pregnancy/ pressure on the scar tissue etc.
I know I shouldn't get myself worked up but I feel really not myself with this pregnancy, even though I have no symptoms/ sickness. I have had awful cramps however and been so much more tired this time around.

How long ago was your first birth?

No experience of what you describe but extensive scarring around my episiotomy is the reason why I am requesting ELCS this time.

Hey. My boy will be four in May, and oh goodness an elcs would terrify me, I'm worrying so much this time around.
