I’m currently 39+1 and have a consultant appointment tomorrow to decide whether to induce me or not due to abnormal liver and kidney function (me, not the baby!)

I’m slightly worried about the process - I would love to hear your induction stories so I can prepare myself a bit!

Thank you Smile

Not really the same but with DD1 I had a placenta abruption ( no one is sure why ) but a normal spontaneous delivery 37 weeks.
But DD2 I was in early labour getting contractions even the doctors said it would progress into labour when contractions were 4 minutes apart. But they just kept stoping.
Anyway I was admitted for the 2 time and they said if the baby doesn't come naturally they don't want to risk another PA so they will break my waters I was 3 cm dilated. They didn't want to give me hormones again due to PA. but my baby was born 3 hrs 18 min later it was defiantly a lot less progressive then the first natural labour. But it was absolutely fine and a lot better than the first :) DD2 was born at 37 weeks 3 days
