What does 'membrane to birth' mean?

I've just come across my delivery summary from when I had my twins and I wondered what it means by 'membrane to birth 19h 44mins'

It's the same for both twins but they were born 2 minutes apart via emergency section.

Does anyone know?

Is it from the time your waters broke?

It would mean time between your waters breaking and birth. Did your waters break first?

Oooo possible but they broke my waters for me at 13:35 on the Friday and they were delivered at 14:07 & 14:09 the following day so that doesn't quite add up Grin
