Any recommendations? With wings/without wings?!

Thank you!

Medicare green ones.

Another vote for the green ones as they don't have the plastic under-layer than can create a nasty sweaty environment, which is the last thing you want if you have stitches.

Boots were the best in my book followed by Sainsbury's. No wings which just tucked up and added to the discomfort.

Always ultra nights

Best thing I had recommended was tena lady knickers for the first couple of days. Absolutely fab. Ok not overly flattering and a little like wearing a nappy but no leaks and really absorbent. I recommend to everyone.

Pickleshickles · 15/01/2018 09:20

Put a winged pad on with a maternity pad on top.

Gilbert82 · 15/01/2018 19:45

Mothercare aloe vera maternity pads have wings and were great. Also liked the Boots slim maternity pads which have wings too

Tena the biggest u can find in the aisel!
DH brought these after 3rd and it was like a miracle. Any other maternity pads dont even compare :-)

Jolonglegs · 15/01/2018 20:24

I also used Tena lady knickers and found them really good. Yes they're not flattering, but at that stage comfort was all important.

Uhohmummy · 15/01/2018 20:55

Another vote for Tena lady. I’ve only tried the pads but will try the knickers this time.

Tstar27 · 15/01/2018 21:11

I was just about to suggest the lady pants...

CatsCatsCats11 · 15/01/2018 21:15

Mothercare ones with aloe Vera in I loved those!

LalalalalaLand · 15/01/2018 21:21

Another vote for Boots ones. I was wearing 2 or 3 at a time for the first few days so make sure you have lots Smile

IWouldLikeToKnow · 15/01/2018 21:22

I found the Medicare ones were great.

Mol1628 · 15/01/2018 21:25

Mothercare ones with wings. I found the wings essential. And yes they’re expensive but the quality is good and I got them on a 3 for 2 offer.
