Worrying lump after child birth.

I'm 3 weeks postpartum, I was examined by my midwife on Wednesday and everything appeared normal.
Friday night I notice a large lump, kind of like a ball, has appeared just above my stitches next to my vaginal opening. It's not painful, just uncomfortable when standing and sitting down.
Was wondering if anyone else had something similar?

It could be overgrowth of scar tissue. I had this following stitches and had to have the scar tissue removed as it became more painful especially during sex.

Haematoma? Just get your midwife or GP to check it. Has it just appeared in the 2 days?

I felt like I had passed a big clot on Friday evening, but found nothing so examined myself and discovered the lump. I text my midwife to see if she had noticed it when she checked me over on the Wednesday and she said she didn't see anything. I was quite concerned

Sounds like a Bartholin's cyst
