Pain coming back

I had an absolutely awful pregnancy.
I had a wonderful labour except for a tear which they were querying was a third degree but it's been classified as a second degree.

By around 6 days post partum I was feeling fine - could go to the toilet normally etc and could sit down and I even tested my bendiness again.
On day 7 everything started feeling heavy, even the bits not involved in labour and it's stayed that way since (now day 10). Having trouble walking and can't hold the baby while I sit down as I have to position myself carefully.

DP has looked and says no infection in the stitches but it's hard to see as they're quite high up.
No discharge that I'm aware of and no smell.
Doesn't hurt when I pee.
Just this feeling that I have weights attached to everything, pulling me down and pain.

Have I overdone it going out and about?
Would you phone the maternity ward?
Would you wait for GP on Monday?
Any ideas why the pain has come back?
