2nd degree tear - any tips

Delivered DS2 on Friday , all was rather quick and sadly tore.

Got a 2nd degree tear and I’m all stitched up.

Any tips on things to do to help aid recovery? In quite a bit of pain in one spot particularly!

Just take it easy. It will feel better in another week or so.

I had third degree tear and hired a valley cushion.. meant could sit more comfortably! Would highly recommend!

That’s made me feel more positive thinking it could feel better in a week or so!

Shall look into those cushions - thank you!
