Second baby + VBAC

I'm due my second baby very close to Christmas Day. Previous birth was a section as she was breech (no complications, no health issues and recovered quickly).

I'm nervous about a lot of things so please tell me your stories! I'm wondering if I'm likely to labour early like everyone tells me I will as it's my second? But is this even true as I didn't even experience the tiniest bit of labour with my first I'd go over my due date this time ...

Also extra points if you'd like to tell me wonderful vbac stories as I'm terrified

Sorry opposite experience for me but didn't want to read and run! I have an emcs last time was which very traumatic so I'm having an elcs this time.
VBAC consultant seemed very confident that most people deliver vaginally successfully after a planned cs.

Had a VBAC not out of choice DD arrived early, it was fine and I recovered fast but I also recovered fast after the c-section. However it was a bonus because I had to carry my eldest arpund and was fine with lifting. Some tearing and I.itial trauma but cleared up and healed in about a week.
