Advice needed! Nervous

So brief history ... 1st baby, vaginal delivery but 3b tear (prolonged pushing stage) ... 2nd baby was advised c-section but baby was smaller than first so was able to have vaginal delivery, small tear but all good win recovery, no ongoing issues, 3rd baby measured bigger than first so consultant strongly advised c-section also internal scans showed some thinness, had the c-section. Now pregnant with 4th and really want to try for Vbac, had a really tough recovery from c-section, this baby is measuring average, no pregnancy issues - has anyone had similar experience and managed successful vbac? My biggest fear is sustaining another large tear and the possibility of it not healing as well. First two labours were also very quick (first was four hours (2 hours pushing) and second was 35minutes) ..... any insight / advice appreciated - current consultant has just said if I want to try vbac then that’s what we will do .....

How long ago was your last c-section ?
Risks of scar rupturing slightly increase with 2 sections . But as you had two quick births you could always give t a ago under close observations and if any prolonged labour or you don’t go into labour then a section would be advised . However this is if your last section was more then 18months ago

My c section was 27 months ago - thanks for your message, slightly overdue but hoping labour starts in the next few days ....it’s food advice to see how it goes and if labour doesn’t progress then rather than intervention opt for the section -

There are several factors that increase or decrease your chance of having a successful VBAC. The most important factor is whether or not you have had a vaginal birth before. Give that you've had 2 successful vaginal births already, you're pretty much the ideal candidate for a VBAC!
