Has any of you practised or is practising The Gentle Birth Method?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

no, but isn't that a paradox?

@ eefs
whatever you practice, only one thing is for sure on the big day - that baby has to come out somehow

think this is what Gwyneth Paltrow has been doing (prior to Apple)

We did this as much as was possible in a US hospital environment. We had the lights on low, minimal noise, no one was talking unless needed, we talked to the baby extensively both during pregnancy and in labour, I ate and drank as necessary, we wanted to let the cord stop pulsing (however that couldn't happen) and I was naked (not sure if that is gentle - it just felt right to me). I've lent a wonderful book I had to a pg friend of mine so I can't remember what else we did that was 'gentle'. The birth was wonderful and quite relaxed.....
