Anyone tried reflexology?

I'm 40+5 and really really do not want to be induced so have booked an appointment for tomorrow but just wondering if anyone has any experience with it?

I've tried all sorts of other methods (sex, curry, walking, stairs, raspberry leaf tea) and I know that he will come when he's ready but he's been engaged for the last two weeks and I'm doing this as a last ditch attempt before my sweep on Wednesday

I always did it as due date approached... the babies always came. I can't tell you if it made any difference or not but it was an extremely pleasant way to spend an hour regardless!
