Have sold my Mongan book and disk and thought an app would be better.
I mainly want the relaxation talk-through. Any recommendations?

I'm 16+5 and have been using the GentleBirth app on and off
I'm liking it so far, there is a subscription to use all the features (€12.99 a month I think)

Will start using it more often soon and I'm considering doing a workshop weekend too
