Ring your antenatal unit asap and they should see you today. Any concerns at this stage, ring them, regardless of the time.

Go or a and e now, it's not a prednancy related problem, and needs looking into immediately.

Please get medical treatment, today.

How much blood? Was it bright red or like black coffee grounds? I had Hyperemesis during my pregnancy and often vomited blood. My HC team said it was nothing to worry about if it was bright red, as it probably came from a tear in my oesophagus from retching. I'd get it checked by the gp if you're worried though.

OP please go to A&E immediately - if possible take a sample of the vomit.

Baby is still moving about etc so don't think affecting baby however it is reddy brown the blood and I've not been sick for a few days. Since about 20 wks I was being sick 5/6 times a day even on anti sickness tablets but past few days been fine till just now. My 1 year old is napping so wait till he wakes and go to mums then phone at assessment see what they want me to do. Thanks everyone.

you really should phone now whilst your baby sleeps.
This is really important - please don't delay.

Spoke to maternity assessment and they said it is nothing to worry about and not to get monitored etc. I have midwife doctor and diabetic doctor tomorrow as well as scan so will mention it then and see what they say.

Yeah feel better now. Had scan and midwife yday and they checked everything. Baby has took a massive growth spurt tho in 4 wks went from 50th centile to 95th but they ain't worried as I'm booked in for a section in 2 wks time just hope baby doesn't surprise me before then xx
