Early labour 14 hours in

I'm so fed up I'm now in the 14th hour of contractions every 7-9 minutes. I can't eat or drink anything as I just bring it back up straight away. They are also so strong that I can't sleep and it's all I want to do.

Not sure what I'm asking just hope this speeds up soon

It will all be over soon. Good luck!

not telling my horror story of days of early labour It will be worth all the hard work in the end!

Hang on in there, have you got a birthing ball? maybe a little bounce or could you manage a nice warm shower, just get the shower head on your back... Wishing you all the best for your impending arrival

A hot shower directed at your back works very well for the pain or hot water bottle, tens machine and paracetamol all at once takes the edge off the pain. If it doesn't progress to active labour fairly soon I'd ask for something to speed it up, don't wait 6 days like I did. I hope it all goes well

Can we have an update OP?!

Contractions got more severe and I rang the midwives at about 4 o'clock in the morning. Was checked and I was 7cm dilated. Our boy was born at 10:50am back to back with his head at the wrong angle but he's here
