Hi :) I'm due my 3rd baby (4 including my angel baby) in 4 weeks and i had a scan yesterday due to baby in distress and his heart beating irregular. Scan went ok except baby is measuring 28 weeks not 36 so I'm getting induced on my due date, the midwife and doctors have said they won't let me go over and its all booked in :)

I was in slow labour for 10 days and in proper labour 21 hours with my first (exhausting!!) My second was 22mins start to finish, I was pushing in the car and almost had her in the hospital lift haha.

They gave me some leaflets but I still don't know what to expect, how long it will take what extras to take with me :/ I'll be by myself as my 6 and 1 year old will be with there dad or my mum depending on work, lucky one works day and one works night :)
can I have some ideas please :)

Congratulations on your baby! I was induced with baby number 2 after my waters braking and nothing happening for over 24 hours. I was monitored the whole time due to my first being born via c - section. It honestly wasn't that bad, once the drugs started working it didn't take long for the contractions to start and as they were coming very regularly it felt like things were moving quickly.
