Bleeding starting after ELCS

I'm currently preparing for an ELCS after an EMCS 5 years ago. I remember I bled for a loooong time after my last section, but I cannot for the life of me remember when it started. I'm trying to decide what/how many maternity pads etc to pack. I know everyone is different, but I just want to be prepared without going overboard... TIA

I remember having a pad wedged between my legs straight after the section. Obviously I couldn't feel it but I knew it was there.

Remember your partner can always bring more in should you need them.

Yes straight away and for five weeks

Straight away. First time was 8 weeks. A tiny amount- less than a teaspoon a day but for eight long weeks. This time 4 weeks or so.
