What gestation were you when you had DC2?

And how did that compare to DC1?

I had DD at 39+5 and I'm currently 38+6 with DC2. Just wanted to see if there was a trend, e.g. Are you more likely to go earlier with your second or is it totally random

Well I was 39+6 with DC1
and 42 exactly with DC2.

Not sure if that signifies anything other than that I spent 2 solid weeks telling DD to "Get. Out. Get. Out. GET. OUT!!"

39+6 with dc1, 38 with dc2. Bit of a shock!

Oh I'll be gutted if I go 2 weeks over!! Today has been the first day I've really felt uncomfortable, and I'm getting those achy period like pains but of course that doesn't really mean anything!!

DC1: 41+2
DC2: 41+4
DC3: 42+0
DC4: 41+2

Both spontaneous. DC2 very much so. Almost born in the car on the way to hospital.

Dc1 - 37+0 (not long after midnight)
Dc2 - 37-0 (just before midnight)

Dd1 was 38+3, ds was 37 and dd2 was 39

Dc3 was due to be forced out before due date anyway but decided to come naturally.
I was told by a midwife during dc2 pregnancy that second ones are earlier and heavier - mine was later and lighter!!

DS: 42
DD: 41+6

DS was induced. DD started to make her way out on the way back from a GP appointment where I was booked in for an induction the next day.

Oh, and DD was bigger. 9.10 to DS's 9.7.

Ds1 induced at 41w
Ds2 induced at 39+2 but already in early slow labour for 2 days with reduced movement.

DC1 was 41+4
DC2 is currently 38+3

Not sure I can manage another 2 weeks!

40+12 with DD, induced

40+4 with DS and went into labour naturally.
