Gloucester or Southmead for birth?

I have the choice of the two, Southmead is slightly further. I would like a Waterbury woth gas and air for pain relief.

*Water birth

I had DC1 at Southmead 10 years ago. They had a lovely room for water births which I was hoping to use but I was too far gone when I arrived. I did, however have a huge room with a big circular bath in which I could have used (circumstances put paid to that!). I've heard that people don't like Southmead but it was fine when and was there and actually much better than the hopsital I had DC2 in.
