Blood spurt during c section (warning this is a bit gross)

Hi everyone, I had my daughter by c section 10 years ago and I have had pelvic pain ever since. I have had several surgeries which have found endometriosis, cysts etc but I have always wondered if the pain that remains could be due to my c section.
During the operation a big spurt of blood came up and landed on my face! I now have nerve pain and there are differences of opinion about the cause.
If there are any medical people out there is it possible something was cut that could be also causing the nerve pain (Genito femoral or ilioinguinal nerve I have been told)
After the op nothing was mentioned about it at all.

Any thoughts would be appreciated,

Someone I know had similar, she had multiple exploration surgeries to find out the cause. She had an emcs. Turns out they damaged the nerves when cutting or stitching her. A few years later she had surgery to cut/bypass the nerves and now is pain free. It did take a lot of time and a lot of specialists to get it sorted.

She's from Holland and was treated through her own private insurance. sorry I don't have her contact details anymore. I will message back on this thread if I get any info. Can you asked to be referred by your go to a specialist?

I think she may have had a LUNA procedure that cuts the nerves, I can't have this done as I have already had a hysterectomy. Thanks for getting back to me though. I have tried pain specialists and gynaes and I'm getting nowhere, maybe someone will have some more ideas, thanks again
