Long Braxton Hicks at night

My first I had a few tightenings but nothing prolonged or painful til labour at 40+10.
Induced with my second prematurely as baby was poorly.
This time I am getting more and more Braxton Hicks - am 37 weeks and last night was up with them for an hour - they were every 3-6 mins lasting up to 3mins and usually 1-2mins. Felt uncomfortable but higher and less 'period' like than previous labour pains... any ideas / tips etc please

No pointers here but I'm impressed you can time them! I'm 38 weeks with my first and when I get Braxton Hicks they just seem never ending! No clear start and finish.
