Ketones in urine - 38 weeks

Ketones in urine today midwife didn't seem too bothered though. She asked me if I had eaten and drank enough. I had a bowl of cornflakes, 2 chocolate bars, 5 biscuits, 2 cups of tea and some pasta at 2:30. I wouldn't say I starved myself before the appointment! I have been tested for GD at 28 weeks and it was fine.

Anyone else had this and did it turn into anything, I.e GD?

I had it once in my first pregnancy, and had eaten a sugary breakfast before coming in - was told it was probably just that. Avoided eating sugary breakfasts before midwife appointments from there on out and it never cropped up again :)

I had same at 38 weeks but likewise it was cos I'd just eaten toast! No GD or anything like that
