Hi all, I'm 30+5 & reading the hypnobirthing book currently. Has anyone got any advice/positive experiences related to hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing helped me really well with early stages of labour- I had complications down the line and got rushed into theatre and ended up with a forceps delivery- but that said I remained calm throughout all the drama and although everyone was panicking I don't remember any negatives just how calm I was. DS is now a calm chilled baby (most of the time) and people may think it's stupid but I do believe this is some part down to the hypnobirthing classes and practise I did whilst pregnant!
