Braxton hicks stopped

Hi everyone! I'm due in 2 days, I was having lots of braxton hicks but in the last week they have stopped. I have been having period cramps. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm due in a week and I've had two days of constant period type cramps and barely any braxton hicks, it's like they've slowed or stopped almost after I've been having loads of braxton hicks in the past month. it's my first baby so I don't know if this is normal or not
