Genital Warts

I have genital warts that has flared up and got worse since being pregnant.
Mention this to my doctor at first appointment who said it would effect the delivery and then to my first midwife but not much explained to me. I want to opt for a c section incase of passing to my little boy - anyone been in this situation?

I'm so so sorry all! I was going to put a warning on it, put my phone down to go to the toilet and forgot!!
