Pre-labour indicators

Has anyone experienced a weird, sicky, nauseous feeling and a distinct lack of appetite as a pre-cursor to labour?
I'm 37 weeks with DC2, midwife confirmed yesterday that baby is fully engaged, and I've been getting some serious fanny daggers etc for a couple of weeks already so that's nothing new. But last night and today, I've just been feeling generally very strange! Also been having what I can only describe as period pain-type cramping in my lower back that comes and goes.
As I'm only 37 weeks, I'm not expecting anything imminently, but could this be my body gearing up for the main event??
Last time my waters broke first with no prior warning but I had to have my labour induced, so have never experienced spontaneous labour!

Yes I felt faintly sick for most of the day before I went into labour in the evening (when I then did plenty of actual vomiting), and I also had a bit of a stomach upset. You are considered full-term from 37 weeks so certainly not out of the question for something to happen soon. xx

I don't feel like I'm going to actually vomit, just don't feel "right" Hmm
