I've lost mine and really need to get birthing ball blown up. Anyone know where I can get one from on the high street? Thanks!

Can u take it to a bike shop to be pumped up? I don´t know if it has a valve but they or a petrol station may be able to get air into it.

It kind of needs re-pumping now and again (with my big bum squishing air out of it!)

The pump I have lost was just a really simple one. There's no valve or ahything, just a stopper on the ball.

I use a balloon pump for mine which I think I got from the local card shop.

Active Birth Centre sell very good ones (great material) but not cheap.

I brought a bike pump from Halfords. I think it only cost about £2.
